For Johnson, this was not even one of her decent trips this season. She struggles hard from the floor, making only 1 of 5 shots from the floor. Her only bucket was a 3-indicated bucket that came in the opening minutes of the game.

Johnson then helped the team take control of inertia. She was constantly crashing the board and looking for open teammates in the first quarter.

Raven Johnson grabbed half of his struggles, helped Te-Hina Paopao to download his first 3-pointed points, and reduced Joyce Edwards’ cut in the last minutes to give USC 18-9 lead for the first quarter.

There, Gamecocks does not necessarily have to require production outside Johnson, as it led to two -digit for the greater part of the competition. Johnson also grabbed two offensive boards, maintaining a constant effect on the floor.

South Carolina was led by 13 points in Milalisa Fulvili and 12 points by Tessa Johnson from the bench. Chloi Kitts took care of the production of 11 points and seven fights. None of Georgia Lady Bulldog has touched the two -digit production.

Dawn Staley wants Raven Johnson to change her offensive approach

During the days of the media in 2024, the dawn of Stalei commented on the attitude of Raven Johnson’s team. However, in order for the guard to reach another level, she wanted it to become more egoist in terms of the point.

According to Staley, this would not allow her to show her wide set of skills and to solidify herself as a real security, but also to keep her opposition.

“I think Raven should be a little more selfish and take a few more pictures,” said Staley (at 4:10).

“If you look at Raven, it is very, very, very selfless. So it would prefer to pass the basketball, and sometimes when you enter as a point guard, you enter the regime.
