Ranking the best additions to Boise State from the era of the transfer portal – Sports Illustrated

College football was changed forever with the creation of the 2018 transfer portal.

While Boise State hit several highly evaluated transfers as former USC Malachi Nelson and Jack Sears, Broncos scored several players from the transfer portal.

SI’s Boise State Broncos has decided to qualify the best 10 portal additions to the program in the transfer portal.

Beresford made 27 starts to the right for Boise State from 2022-23 after transferring from Washington State. He was the second-Mountain West Selection team in 2022 and received a distinction from the first team of next year.

Camper joined Broncos in January 2024 from Indiana and made an immediate impact last season, leading Boise State in receptions (58) and receiving yards (903) with four touchdowns on the way to the All-MWC honorary mention. Camper, who started his career at the College at Trinity Valley Community College, returns to the transfer portal.

Biggers played three seasons in Bowling Green before transferring to Boise State in 2021. He started 26 games in 2021-22, marking 73 common equipment (5.5 for loss) with 10 breakthroughs and intercept during his time with broncos. Biggers received the Honorary Mention All-MWC in 2022

Sais is involved in his lonely season with Broncos, turning 14 out of 17 field goals until 61 of 62 goes to Pats. Sachse transferred to Boise State from Trinity for the 2019 season.

Earby, which transferred from Cal last January, began all 14 Broncos games in the 2024 season, recording 28 common equipment, six breakthroughs of pass and interception. Earby remains one year eligibility.

Tarlas spent five years in Weber State before joining Boise State for the 2022 season. He only played in seven games due to a injury, but put solid numbers with 31 common equipment (six for loss), four sacks, a breakthrough and forced A blow.

Farar made 15 starts in the center, left guard and right guard from 2021-22 in Boyz. He joined Broncos in the summer of 2021 by Texas Tech.

After spending four years in Oregon, Habibi-Likio transferred to Boise State for the 2021 season. He was an effective three-down back for broncos during his last college, working for 374 yards and two touchs, while catching 23 passes for 213 Yard.

One summer of 2023 from West Illinois, Keinath began eight games in the left security last season as a substitute for Ben Dulie’s injury. Keinath returns to Boise State for his last year of eligibility.

Owki has spent his last two seasons at Boise State college after moving from Rice. He played in 19 games and made 10 starts from 2020-21.
