The Queen of Halloween never fails to hit the headlines with her spooky seasonal costumes, created with the help of special effects makeup artist Mike Marino.
Here, PA news agency takes a look back at some of Klum’s most elaborate costumes over the years:
2023: Peacock
Klum hired a team of Cirque du Soleil acrobats to make sure the peacock costume she wore to her annual party drew maximum attention.
The 51-year-old stood on one of the performers to create extra-long legs while other acrobats applied her colorful green peacock feathers.
The model and TV star took center stage in a bright blue bodysuit with an elaborate hat and beak.
2022: Worm
After two years of domestic suits during the pandemic, Klum donned a slimy worm suit in 2022, joined on the red carpet by husband Tom Kaulitz dressed as a fisherman with a fishing line.
The creation, The Big Worm Apple, was a pun on New York City’s nickname.
Klum was seen falling and sliding across the party floor with only her eyes poking out of her costume.
2019: Alien
A team of experts transformed Klum into a Frankenstein’s monster-like creature for her event in New York.
Klum let fans watch her 13-hour transformation into a cyber alien, arriving with her husband in a giant glass vehicle with a biohazard warning on the side.
2018: Princess Fiona
Klum went green in 2018, dressing up as Princess Fiona, the character voiced by Cameron Diaz in the Shrek franchise, with Kaulitz joining her as Shrek.
2016: Heidi Klum
In a meta Halloween costume, Klum dressed up as herself in 2016.
She “clones” herself by dressing five women in identical outfits with matching hair, make-up and prosthetics.
2015: Jessica Rabbit
In 2015, Klum took her Jessica Rabbit look to the extreme, with body and facial prosthetics to create the cartoon character’s signature red look.
2013: Old Lady
Klum underwent her most elaborate prosthetic transformation to date.
The German-born star was almost unrecognizable with wrinkled skin, graying hair and an old lady’s outfit.
2011: Monkey and the Human Body
Inspired by the classic Planet of the Apes film franchise, in 2011 Klum wore a realistic-looking chimpanzee costume, the first of two costumes that year.
The second suit saw the model take to the red carpet in a hospital bed wearing a terrifying skinless suit.
