Protesters gather outside the UK reform of the UK – the northern echo

Collecting people can be heard shouting “racist scum, outside our streets.”

Police can be seen around the group as they continue to chant.

Meanwhile, large queues have been spotted outside the UK reform conference as people hope to see Nigel Farage.

The conference is expected to start at 15:00 and last for two hours, with Nigel Farage expected to speak to the end.

On the social media website, Tiktok, before the conference, said: “Dear member of the northeast or supporter, I come to the northeast.

“The elections are held on May 1 in Durham County and in Northumberland.

“And I tell you what, our party is really on the hike.

“This Saturday, first February, I’ll be just outside Sunderland in Hautton Le Spring.

“A big place, a lot of parking. Bar opens in 1.30. The event starts at 3. Please come and support us.

“I tell you what, we are on the verge of really making a story, you are part of it.”
