Rosewood’s ownership and Barings partners have broken up on Gilman, a class A multi -family community in Las Kolinas district in Irving, Texas.
Located at 6.86 acres in the heart of Las Colinas near the 114 highway, Gilman will include 370 living homes with modern, transitional architectural design with extensive views of The Nelson Golf & Sports Club. The offered residences will be a mix of studios, one bedroom, two bedrooms and three bedrooms. Apartment homes will range from 615 square feet of studios to 1460 square feet in the three -hundred apartments. The multi -family community is expected to end by the beginning of 2027.
Gilman will include the best amenities for residents such as: club hall, official living rooms, collaboration offices, Golf Trackman simulator, highest level of Sky Lounge overlooking the golf course, three outdoor yards, resort spa for pool, dog park and dogs and extensive two -storey fitness center.
Gilman is part of a Master’s Development of 18 acres of Rosewood, which includes urban homes built by David Weekley and Boutique Office Spaces by Savannah Developers. The site is of historical importance as the location of Las Cinasus’ first office building and is rethinking as a vital community with mixed use.
