San Bernardino, California. -Progressive Real Estate Partners has arranged the sale of $ 6.8 million at the Flex Center shopping center located on 165 E. Hospitality Lane in San Bernardino. The property with an area of ​​44 290 square meters includes two buildings with apartments with a size of 950 square feet to 1 930 square feet. Originally built in 1980, the center was recently renovated. The center – which was 93 percent leased during the sale – has 24 tenants, including retail, restaurant, healthcare, education, fitness, finance and office business.

Located in the area of ​​the Tri-City Commons/Hospitality Lane, it is part of a larger shopping center for the internal empire for a total value of over 4.4 million square feet office, industrial, retail and hospitality.

Greg Bedel and Lance Mordachini from Progressive introduced the seller based in Los Angeles in the transaction. The undisclosed buyer was a private investor in Orange County.
