Will resists Will Sun City

These are anxious times. Despite the stable, growing economy with historically low unemployment and inflation, descending from the maximum created by the world pandemic, reducing taxes to ultra -rich and excessive corporate profits, US constituents have changed.

Donald Trump, a convicted criminal, appealed to the worst of us and even the tallest trends of some good people among us. He and his closest followers follow the same play book used by a small man with strange mustaches in Germany in the 1930s and 40s.

They are not what I know about Republicans or true conservatives. They are certainly not patriots who believe in what America means as stated in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution.

To those of us who are concerned about the actions of the recently chosen president and his servants, I quote Richard Gudwin, an assistant, advisor and speech by John F. Kennedy, Lyndon Johnson and Robert Kennedy in the 60s: “Some call us us To silence or suffocate disagreement in the name of patriotism and national interest. IT an argument which monstrously MISCONCEIVES the Nature and the Greatest Strength of American Democracy … It is not Our Privilege bute, TO) Any Party and Any Politics at any time we believe threatens the greatness of this people and the well -being of its people. This is such a time. “

G -n Gudwin spoke of America’s growing participation in the Vietnam War, but his words appear true today in these dangerous times and of this most dangerous person who now leads our great nation to a very dangerous future.
