Preliminary applications close on Friday to homes below from market course – patch

Santa Clara, the CA-City of Santa Clara, in partnership with Hello Housing, offers the opportunity for eligible households with low and moderate incomes to buy under market courses. Four recently completed apartments and city homes, built by Taylor Morrison, are available at 3041, 3051 and 3045 El Camino Real, with one, two and two-bedroom units.

The pre -application period is already open to two BMR units with three bedrooms, located at 3051 and 3045 EL Camino Real, with a deadline of February 7, 2025. The income requirements included in the address links.

Interested candidates must meet specific income limits, household size requirements and preference criteria in order to qualify. All admissible applications will be introduced in the process of choosing a lottery.

In order to apply in advance, future buyers must first receive a letter before qualifying from the housing mortgage lender, confirming their ability to meet the requirements for a purchase price.

Letters older than six months or those who do not reflect the purchase price of the unit will not be accepted. Applicants can work with one of the city’s preferred creditors to receive this letter.
