Phoenix – a lottery ticket purchased at a gas station in Scottsdale, won a $ 2 million award in the Powerball drawing on Monday.
The 68th Street Circle K entrance and McDowell Road corresponds to the five white numbers of 2, 40, 47, 53 and 55. The ticket just missed the $ 59 million jackpot as it didn’t have a red Powerball of 20.
The main award for matching all five white numbers is $ 1 million. However, the Scottsdale player added the Power Power play option for $ 1 to the $ 2 ticket price and ultimately doubled the pay.
The amount of power multiplication is chosen at random before each drawing and increases the awards other than the jackpot by two, three, four, five or 10 times.
The Arizona lottery players hit at least $ 1 million in the first month of 2025, including January 17 on January 17th.
Another Arizona Powerball player earns $ 100,000
Another Arizona player, meanwhile, won $ 100,000 in Powerball’s drawing on Monday.
A ticket from the Clark market of 100 Verde Valley School Road in Sedona coincides with four of the five white numbers plus the red number.
This combo is good for $ 50,000, a prize that was also doubled thanks to the power game option.
Powerball is a multifaceted chance with drawings on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.
