Popular Lubbock snack and beverage business closes, but also seeks potential buyers – News/Talk 790 KFYO

Another local business is closing in Lubbock, but the current owners are looking to sell the business to new owners if the right offer comes along.

Sub-Zero Bites and Sips, located at the corner of 66th and Indiana, will be open Monday, January 27 from noon to 6 p.m. before closing for good after that. The local business focuses on cold drinks, flavored drinks, snacks and freeze-dried candies.

Sub-Zero Bites and Sips opened in 2023. and gained a loyal following in Lubbock. According to a Facebook post, the owners of Sub-Zero Bites say they are closing due to other commitments and new opportunities and would not be able to keep up with everything. The good news for fans of their freeze-dried candies is that they will still be selling these candies at their booth at KK’s Corner Mall after Monday, January 27.

They are also interested in selling the business to a new owner. So if you’ve ever thought about running your own drink and candy place, reach out to Sub-Zero Bites and Sips.

The last day of Sub-Zero Bites and Sips will be Monday, January 27th. They will close at 18:00.
