Police Police Details of the funeral procession for a killed police officer in North Las Vegas – Las Vegas Review -Journal

A procession for North Las Vegas officer Jason Jason Roskov, who was killed in a shootout last week, will be held this Thursday before the officer’s funeral, according to a police station in North Las Vegas.

The first response vehicles will start the procession at 9 am from the Palm South Jug Morga, S. Jones Blvd. 1600, and will go to the Central Church, 1001 New Beginings Drive, the agency said in a news message.

The route of the procession will start:

– North along Jones Boulevard to the United States Highway 95 south;

– US 95 south to Interstate 15 south;

-I-15 to the south to Avenue Sahara;

– Sahara Avenue to Las Vegas South Boulevard;

– Las Vegas South Boulevard to Interstate 215 East;

-I-215 to the east to the United States 95 north;

– Get out of Russell Road to the central church

Drivers must provide for temporary road closures and traffic delays on the route, police said. Those who wish to give respect are encouraged to “safely gather on the route.”

The procession is expected to arrive at the church around 10am, where the funeral of Roskov will be held. The service is open to the public.

North Las Vegas police said Roskov would be laid to rest in his hometown of Prairie du Rocher, Illinois.
