Police said the alleged driver was faced with second -degree murder.
Glendale, Ariz.
On Wednesday, police announced the arrest of the 22 -year -old Celesty Downer for a crash, reported on November 10, 2024, near the 67th Avenue and BeardSley Road.
Downer has been identified as a driver of a vehicle who is plowed in a residence and hit a 35-year-old woman, according to police in Glendale.
The wounded woman was taken to the hospital and later died of her injuries.
During the clash, Downer claims he had a blood alcohol content of 0.124, court records show.
Glendale’s police said Downer was facing several charges, including second -degree murder.
