Police looking for St. Paul Man accused of 3 sexual assaults – CBS Minnesota

St. Paul, Minnesota is looking for a man accused of three sexual assaults that have been said to have happened in the last two years.

St. Paul’s Police Department says 18-year-old Rakai Eugene Davis has met people through apps or dating websites and forced them to sexually, blurring a knife or gun.

The first attack is said to have occurred on May 27, 2023 at the Cottage Avenue East block 1700. The other two happened on the 1700 block of Clear Avenue East on November 3, 2024 and December 9, 2024, authorities say.

St. Paul’s police, referring to the Minnesota Crime Bureau, say DNA recovered in all three attacks that coincide with Davis.

Police say the prosecutor’s office of Ramsay has been charged by Davis for St. Paul with four first-degree criminal sexual behaviors in connection with the attacks on May 27, 2023 and November 3, 2024 and two accusations of the first-first-first-first first-first-first-first-first-first-first-first-first-first-first-first-first-first-first-first-first-first-first-first-first-first-first-first-first-first-first-first-first-first-first-first-first. first Criminal sexual behavior in connection with the attack on December 9, 2024.
