Fremont Police Diary
The following incidents were responded to by Fremont Police Department.
The information was obtained directly from the deputy chief of the police, Jennifer Birkhofer. All suspects are considered innocent until they prove to be guilty in court.
On Saturday, January 25, around 3:44, FPD employees were sent to the area of 1400 N. Irving Ave. in connection with embarrassment. After his arrival, the investigation was completed and the German Lopez Saenz of Ames was arrested for third -degree domestic violence.
On Sunday, January 26, around 12:41 am FPD employees were sent to the area of 2400 N. Nye Ave. in connection with a violation of the Protection Order. After his arrival, an investigation was completed and Christian Alarcon Reyes of Fremont was arrested for violation of the defense order.

On Sunday, January 26, around 1:26 pm, FPD employees were sent to 1400 block on East First Street in connection with embarrassment. After his arrival, the investigation was completed and Andrew Fellers of Fremont was arrested for violation of behavior, breach of peace and obstruction of a peace officer.
On Monday, January 27, around 4:32 pm, an FPD officer was close to 400 block on Eastern 10th Street and observed an active disturbance.
An investigation has been conducted and Robert Segebart of Fremont has been arrested and charged with an attack causing bodily injury, a violation of behavior and a disruption of peace.
