A recent police investigation led to the arrest of five women allegedly involved in a drug and prostitution ring operating out of local hotels in the Baton Rouge area.
According to WBRZ, authorities detained the women after investigating illegal activities at multiple hotels where the suspects used the rooms as meeting places for drug transactions and sex work.
Those arrested face a range of charges, including drug and firearms offenses as well as prostitution charges.
The women, identified as Ashley Lebert, 23; Kaylee O’Bryant, 34; Princess Jones, 39; Michelle Dicola, 40; and Tammy Guerin, 50, were taken into custody after police uncovered evidence of their alleged involvement in the illegal operation.

The investigation into these activities is still active and police are not ruling out further arrests. Authorities are urging anyone with additional information to come forward as they continue their efforts to end such operations.
