Police Arrest in Las Vegas after a father found a shot – Fox 5 Las Vegas

Las Vegas, Nev. (FOX5) – Las Vegas police arrest a man accused of killing his father in the Southeast Valley on Wednesday night.

Police arrived in a 5300 block of Caprac Canyon around 6:18 pm to find an elderly man dead. Initially, police believe his death was for natural reasons, but after arrival, death seemed suspicious in nature.

Initially, an investigation found that the man was suffering from a firearm while he was home with his 35-year-old, identified as Timothy La.

Detectives have determined that La shot his father and left home.

Later, La returned to the home and was removed on charges of murder.
