Garden City police said two people had been arrested on numerous charges ranging from a gun shooting within the city until police escape.
Boise, Idaho – two men are faced with numerous accusations after claiming to be fired into the Boyz River, put a police vehicle and pursuing police, authorities said.
Garden City Police Department reported on Thursday at 5:45. Officials said a police officer at Garden had found a vehicle near the Eastern 44th Street and the Boyz River.
Authorities said that when the employee tried to contact the two people inside the vehicle, the driver drove into the officer’s car and fled at high speed.
After turning around another patrol vehicle, the suspect lost control and crashed into a fence on East 44 and Adams Street.
Garden City police said the driver had hit another police vehicle while trying to escape before many employees captured the suspected vehicle. Both residents refused commands about 20 minutes before the broadcast.
Employees have found two pistols in the vehicle, authorities said.
Authorities identified the driver of the vehicle such as Obed Paredes Chavez, and the passenger like Juan de Dio Torres Resendiz.
Police provided the following list of their charges:
- Driving under the influence of a crime
- Avoiding a crime
- 2 the number of aggravated crime to attack
- Driving without privileges
- Resistance and obstruction of offenses
- Disposal of firearms in the city restricts crimes
Juan de Dio Torres Resendiz:
- Possession of a firearm with a changed serial crime
- Disposal of firearms within urban crime boundaries (he received a quote)
Police said US immigration and customs and alcohol, tobacco and firearms are supporting the investigation. Both suspects will be placed on federal detainees.
