The latest episode of Max’s medical drama, “10:00 AM,” continues the fourth hour of a hectic day at Pittsburgh Medical Trauma Hospital as Robbie’s PTSD takes center stage.
Meanwhile, some of the struggles of the medical students on the team come to light, with one of them making a crucial mistake that causes a patient to code almost on the spot.

One of the new patients in Pete Episode 4 is Eva Everett Irving as Tasha.

Drew Powell – Doug
Drew Powell guest Pete Episode 4 as Doug, an angry patient with palpitations who has already lost his patience after being stuck in the waiting room for hours.
The actor recently appeared as part of the cast of Monsters: The Story of Lyle and Eric Menendez on Netflix.

Chase Simon – Medic Ziggler

James Longtaiao – Fu Chen
James Longtaiao plays Fu Chen, Jia Yi’s father, who worries about his daughter’s current condition.

Jalen Thomas Brooks – Nurse Mateo
Jalen Thomas Brooks appears in a recurring role as Nurse Mateo, an attending nurse who is assigned to treat angry (and racist) patient Doug Driscoll.
Brooks is part of the cast of 2023 Thanksgiving Day. The actor also starred in Walker, The animal kingdomand Rebel.
Micah Abdalla – Jenna
Mika Abdallah guest stars as Jenna, a teenage girl who takes one of the Xanal pills laced with fentanyl and passes out.

Samantha Sloyan plays Lily Bradley, Nick’s mother, who is grieving her son’s death from a fentanyl overdose after taking several pills.
Sloyan is no stranger to the world of medical drama since playing the role of Dr. Penelope Blake Grey’s Anatomy.
The actress also appeared in Midnight Mass, Chuck’s lifeand The Fall of the House of Usher.
Abby Ryder Fortson – Christy Wheeler
Abby Ryder Fortson guest stars as Christy Wheeler, a 17-year-old patient who must undergo a medical abortion.
Fortson is best known for playing the younger version of Cassie Lang in the first two Ant-Man movies.

Marguerite Moreau – Lynette Wheeler

At the center of one of the conflicts in Pete Episode 4 is Isa Briones’ Dr. Trinity Santos, a post-med intern working in the ER.

Dr. Samira Mohan is a third-year resident known for her slower pace when working with patients. The character is played on screen by Supriya Ganesh.
Dr. Mohan calls out Dr. Trinity Santos for distracting their patient, Jenna, with random topics during treatment. She also reminds her that “I” statements work better than “You” statements during affirmation situations.

Fiona Dourif – Dr. McKay
Fiona Dourif returns as Dr. McKay, a second-year resident on the road to substance abuse recovery.

Noah Wyle – Dr. Robbie
Noah Wyle leads the cast of The Pitt as Dr. Michael “Robbie” Robinavich, chief of the emergency department at the Medical Trauma Hospital of Pittsburgh.
Episode 4 gives Dr. Robbie a chance to deal with his grief over the loss of his mentor five years ago to the COVID-19 pandemic by helping a grieving son and daughter let go of their dying father.

Catherine Lanassa – Dana Evans
Kathryn LaNassa reprises her role as Dana Evans, the ER head nurse who works alongside Dr. Robbie to keep the department running as smoothly as possible.

Fans may recognize Catherine Llanassa for her roles in The campaign, truth be told and Impostors.
Patrick Ball – Dr. Langdon
Patrick Ball reprises his role as Dr. Langdon, the senior resident who scolds Dr. Trinity Santos in Pete Episode 4 about bypassing protocols and not going through what she did to the patient during the treatment.
Ball’s other big credit is the role of Jason Wheeler Law and order.

Tracy Ifichor – Dr. Collins
Tracy Ifeature stars as Dr. Collins, one of the senior residents working closely with Dr. Robbie.
Pete Episode 4 sees Dr. Collins worried that her pregnancy has been noticed by one of the patients. Elsewhere, she treats a patient who needs to undergo a medical abortion.
Ifeachor is known for appearing in Wonka, Demonstration processand Doctor Who.
