To meet the demand for highly skilled, compassionate healthcare professionals, the College of Health Professions is opening a third campus in Dallas and Fort Worth metro area
GARLAND, Texas, October 31, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — In response to the growing demand for qualified healthcare professionals, The College of Health Professions (CHCP) opens a third campus in Dallas metropolitan area. This newest campus based in garlandwill be CHCP’s 10th campus in Texasjoining existing campuses in Dallas and Fort Worth to provide students with access to sought-after healthcare programs, including medical assisting or phlebotomy certificate programs, and an associate degree program in Health and Medical Administrative Services (HMAS).
The National Center for Health Workforce Analysis grades that the demand for allied health workers will increase by 17% by 2036, only further exacerbating the current pressures on health care systems as 85% of hospitals, medical groups, home health providers and other healthcare facilities are already reporting shortages of allied health workers.

The new Garland campus, located at 630 W. I-30, Garland, Texas 775053, will be equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and offer a wide range of programs tailored to prepare students for successful careers in healthcare.
