Paopao, called Lieberman Award Top 10 – South Carolina Gamecocks

Colombia, SC – Women’s Basketball Senior Basketball of South Carolina Te-Hina Paopao is among the top 10 candidates for the Nancy Lieberman Award in 2025, the Naismit Hall of Fame today in partnership with the Association of Basketball Coaches for Women (WBCA). This is her second time in so many seasons in the top 10 award list and she was one of the five finalists last season.

After grabbing the ALL-AMERICA recognition last season, Paopao expanded its further game this season, becoming a defense and multi-stage threat to insult. Her 10.6 points per game include 11.9 per game in her 10 games against ranked opponents and have fell into the best career 48.4 percent of firing a goal in the field. Paopao scores 4.4 game points from the 3-point line, 3.9 from the paint and 1.7 in the middle class. She ranks second in the team with 2.8 assists per match, which means she has hands at 22.4 percent of Gamecocks’ total crime. In the action of SEC, her assists are increased to 3.1 per match, and her ratio of 1.75 assist is 13th-The most in the league.

Now in their 26th Year, the Nancy Liberman Award recognizes the Guard of the most burning point in the NCAA Division I Basketball Basketball. In order to be considered for the prestigious award, candidates must dispose Nancy Liberman’s flag. In March, the top 10 list will be narrowed to only five, and at the end of March, the five finalists will be presented to the Liberman and the Committee for Selection of the Hall of Fame, where the winners will be selected. The winner of the Lieberman Award in 2025 will be awarded on a certain date, along with the four other members of the five from the beginning of women. Additional awards, which are awarded, include the Ann Meyers Drysdale Award, the Cheryl Miller Award, the Katrina McClain (Power Forward) and the Lisa Leslie Award (Center).
