Laredo, Texas (KGNS) – US Customs and Border Protection Officers (CBP) captured the main drug delivery last Friday, January 24, to the World Trade Bridge.
During a routine inspection, employees mention 2003 Volvo 760, which transports industrial machines for secondary screening.
After further examination, the authorities revealed nearly 900 pounds suspected methamphetamine estimated at over $ 8 million.
CBP immediately seized drugs and special agents to investigate the Homeland Security (HSI). The investigation continues to continue as employees are working to determine the source and destination of the shipment.
