OTC Industrial Technologies acquires two companies for Rouge Baton – 10/12 Industry Report

Two Baton Rouge Industrial Equipment Companies – Fremier Equipment Corporation Inc. And Premier Control Systems LLC – are on new property.

Ohio -based provider of industrial equipment and distributor OTC Industrial Technologies announced last week that it had acquired the couple.

Founded in 1965 as JA Young and Associates and renamed the 1992, Premier Equipment Corporation (PEC) has a long history of service to the petrochemical, oil and gas industry. PEC distributes various products and services, including rotating equipment, air compressors, fans and cooling towers.

Its service teams also provide significant preventive maintenance, repair and analysis of the damage damage to ensure the reliability of the equipment for various industrial sectors. Working from three places in Louisiana and Texas, the company operates approximately 65 employees.

Premier Control Systems (PCS) specializes in the design, production, programming and installation of PCL, electronic, pneumatic and electrical control panels. Its customers include those in the oil sector, electricity and petrochemical sectors. With a team of about 20 professionals, PCS offers personalized solutions for critical industrial applications.

In a prepared statement, President of Premier Equipment and Premier Control Systems Patrick Young says the expansion will allow the company to expand its products and services to customers along the Gulf of Persian and the Perm pool.

The acquisition, which includes six seats in two states, will increase the workforce of OTC to over 2000 employees. With additional OTC places, more than 70 seats and 60 service stores across the country are already operating.

Founded in 1963, OTC is one of the largest industrial distributors and service providers in the United States, its brands and divisions include OTP industrial solutions, AAP automation and air technology.
