Learn skills to prevent and manage diabetes from the nutrition and wellness teacher and wellness teacher Susan Glassman, D -Ed, CES and OSF Healthcare Clinical Dietizy Jennifer Scully, RD LDN CDCES.
Meet with peers and share practical tips and tips with others living with diabetes. The topic for this month is “exchange recipes for healthier cooking”. The room changed for the monthly meeting.
The meeting of the Diabetes Support Group will be offered from 9 to 10:30 am Thursday, February 13, in the onboard hall of the Medical Center of OSF St. Paul, 1401 E. 12th St., Mendota.
