Oppo Reno 13 series launched in November: Key features and specifications revealed – TechnoSports Media Group

Oppo is all set to launch its next smartphone series, the Oppo Reno 13, in November. The company is reportedly planning to launch this successor to the Reno 12 in China sometime from November 20 to 25. Although the exact launch date has not been revealed, the new series is expected to be almost identical to the Reno 12.

Meanwhile, a post on Weibo hints that the Oppo Reno 13 series will be unveiled on November 25. This date is called “preliminary”, which implies that it may not be fixed. In addition to the standard Reno 12 model, there was also a Pro variant of the device and so observers expect the Reno 13 to also come in a standard version alongside the more expensive Reno 13 Pro, with significant improvements in highlights and details as well. To recall, Oppo launched the Reno 12 series last year in May, following the launch of the Reno 11 in November 2023.

Given this model, it will mean that the Reno 13 will also come off the cover in November, as the company is just concentrating on its flagship Find X8, which will be unveiled soon. According to the specifications that appeared in the rumors of interest, the Reno 13 is likely to have a 6.78-inch 1.5K display (1,264 x 2,780 pixels) with a quad-micro-curved LTPO OLED screen. The device is expected to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9300 chipset and is likely to run on ColorOS 15 based on Android 15.

In terms of photography capabilities, the Oppo Reno 13 is expected to feature a 50-megapixel front-facing camera along with a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera that offers 3x optical zoom. Additionally, users can expect support for underwater photography in this smartphone. For power, it can accommodate a robust 5900mAh battery with 80W wired and 50W wireless charging along with dust and water resistance features.
