Oppo is reportedly gearing up to launch its much-anticipated Reno 13 series, and tech enthusiasts are abuzz with rumors surrounding the upcoming devices. According to renowned analyst Digital Chat Station, the Reno 13 Pro is expected to be a strong player in the mid-range segment, offering advanced features at a competitive price.
The Reno 13 Pro is said to feature a 6.78-inch quad-curved OLED display with a resolution of 2780×1264 pixels, creating a sleek, curved design that delivers smooth edges all around. This can provide a visually appealing and immersive viewing experience.
For photography enthusiasts, the Reno 13 Pro is expected to be equipped with a 50MP periscope telephoto lens offering 3x optical zoom, which will improve photo quality, especially for zoomed-in shots.
In terms of battery, leaks suggest that the device could house a 5,900mAh battery supported by 80W wired charging and 50W wireless charging, making it very efficient for fast charging. The Reno 13 Pro is also rumored to offer dust and water resistance, making it a durable option for users.
Digital Chat Station also hinted that the Reno 13 Pro will feature MediaTek’s powerful Dimensity 9300 chipset. Another exciting feature could be magnetic wireless charging, facilitated by a special protective case.
For context, the Reno 12 Pro launched earlier had a 6.70-inch AMOLED display, a triple 50MP camera system and MediaTek’s Dimensity 9200 chipset. It also supports up to 16GB of RAM and a 5000mAh battery with 80W fast charging.
However, all these details about the Reno 13 Pro are speculative as Oppo has not yet confirmed any official specifications. Fans will have to wait for the official launch for verified details.
