Ole Miss Basketball Dre Davis destroys an exciting victory over LSU – Sports Illustrated

Ole Miss’s basketball won wild over opponent LSU 72-70 in Baton Rouge on Saturday.

The rebels finished the match on Saturday at the 13-0 mileage, with the guard of Drevis scored the Kamata with 0.1 seconds. Despite the deficit in the last minutes, the team remained ready and sharp as always.

“I feel like we have been in such positions all year long,” said rebel guard, Drevis, in an interview after the game. “This shows the character, to be able to learn from these past games and experiences and to be able to take these experiences to get the victory tonight.

“Obviously we want to play better and not be in this position. But at the end of the day the win is the most important thing and we took it out”

As was the case with the rebels throughout the season, the mantra “is not how you start, but how you end up” Range True at Baton Rouge again on Saturday. In a team full of veterans, this experience and calls were shining.

The selfless man is what won the game for the rebels. Even with Dre Davis scored 22 points on Saturday, he didn’t think much, he didn’t think.

“I’m just trying to do my best to win my team,” Davis said. “That’s almost all that is.”

This is characteristic of a team with so much experience to have an ego clash, but the opposite seems to be true with Ole Miss. There is no constant goal scorer offensive, such as Matthew Murel, Drevis, Sean Pedula and Malik Dia Dia, everyone takes on the role of a leading goal scorer. The selflessness of this rebel team is impressively the less, and the ability of the seemingly seeming list to take the command of a game on any night is unique.

Dre Davis was the main transfer portal for the head coach Chris Beard and his staff and proved why on Saturday night. Fundamental, selfless basketball from the fifth year senior brought the rebels to victory.

Ole Miss is back on Wednesday while the team travels to Colombia to take over South Carolina. The advice has been set for 6:00 pm and will be aired on Secre Network.
