NWS Flood consultant actually – patch

East Bay, California – the National Meteorological Service has issued a flood consultant for Alamed County from the Santa Clara County in Fremont to approximately the Bay Bridge in Auckland.

The consultations will be in force until 9:30 in the morning

The torrential rain falls for hours, causing localized street and highway floods and causing mud and a rock slider along the path of Crow Canyon, north of the Castro Valley.

There are scattered power breaks in the Eastern Gulf, but the interruptions are relatively small, with only two measuring the hundreds at 8:25 in the morning
