Brian Kelly and LSU Tigers signed Number 2 for NCAA transfer portal in January after Tamarcus Coley from North Carolina moved to Batton Rouge.
The highest rated defensive player in the North Carolina team in 2024, Kulie left roles after recording 30 rebounds, nine interrupted submissions, three intercepts and a pair of forced errors last season.
Tower spent his first season with Maryland Therapy in 2023 before heading to North Carolina State in 2024.
He immediately caught the attention of senior coach Dave Dieron in the middle of the season as a key participant as a freshman with a red T -shirt.
