New affordable housing community opens in Baton Rouge – AOL

BATON ROUGE, La. (BRRUD) — Apartment seekers here in the capital city now have a new place to consider for their next home.

The multifamily real estate developer describes Reserve at Joor Place as a modern, affordable development. It is located on 30 acres and consists of 15 three-story brick and wooden buildings.

The complex is less than two miles from Amazon’s new facility. While home prices are on the rise, one developer said these condos offer quality without breaking the bank.

“It’s hard to make ends meet when you know you’re risking $1,500 to $2,000 a month at market rate for a condo, CST believes in building premium quality projects,” said Multifamily Real Estate Services President Tom Delahaye.

The gated community offers one to four bedroom homes and includes modern appliances, a multi-purpose clubhouse, dog park, basketball court and pool.

“CST Multifamily Real Estate Services is committed to building the highest quality homes for working families,” Delahaye said. “We know the importance of the vital state, city and financial partners who made this quality new construction a reality in record construction time.”

The complex opened its doors on Monday, October 28 and can be found at 4663 Joor Place Drive.
