- Understanding persons will have access to limited content. The homepage of our online site, sections of sections and advertising products will remain available to anyone, even without subscription. Some content is only indicated for subscribers. We will continue to sell editions for printing a copy of the newspaper at retail outlets.

Can I receive a delivery home?
- Print delivery is only available in the newspaper distribution area. Based on your location, the delivery of your newspaper may come through the US Post Office and arrive at the same time as your postal service.

Why has my subscription increased?
- If you are a new subscriber and have started your subscription with a promotional rate, your subscription increases after the promotional period is completed. If you are a forged subscriber and your rate has increased, we have sent you a notice of this change, but if you have any questions on the subject, please contact customer service (telephone number and the hours of service are below).

- Premium editions are an additional section of your newspaper with 12 to 20 full color pages with a thorough coverage of the topics that are most important to our subscribers. Can I have a recovery of my subscription?
- Payments are not refunded and there is no refund or loans for the unused part of a subscription, which has been canceled before the end of the billing cycle. However, we reserve the right to issue a refund or loans at our own discretion. If we issue a refund or loan in one case, we are not obliged to issue the same refund or credit in the future.

It can be adjusted for up to 30 days through our automated system. The digital part of your subscription will continue, so you will have full access to Azcentral.com at any time from anywhere to stay on top of the news that is most important.

Why is my newspaper shipped from the US Post Office now?
- In some areas, we had constant challenges with the delivery of our newspapers caused by various economic factors. In these cases, we partnered with the local US post office. If you receive your print edition through the US postal service, your printing house will be delivered with your Daily Mail service. However, when there is no postal delivery, such as federally recognized holidays, your newspaper will be delivered the next day, there is a postage available.

- If you have purchased a subscription via the App Store, you will need to connect your application to have full access to our desktop and mobile website, in addition to our app. If you do not connect your subscription, you will not have access to unlimited stories, content only for subscribers and ENEWSPAPER on our desktop and mobile website and the ENewSpaper app.
