Laredo, Texas (KGNS) – Neighboring Larendo works, along with Texas Legal Aid in Texas Riograd and the District Assessment of the Web County, hosts a free ownership tax seminar this Saturday, February 1st. The seminar will help people learn about property taxes, tax accessories, and property planning.
Claudia Ruelas of the neighboring works and the fate of Sanchez of Texas Riogram legal assistance said that the seminar will be held on February 1, from 10:00 to 14:00 at the royal receptions (2101 Lomas del Sur).
“People will have the chance to learn about the release from Homestead, the release from veterans and disabilities, and other property tax relief,” Ruelas said. “We will also discuss cases of death transfer, a simpler way of transferring property to loved ones without the need for a court court.”
Sanchez said that Texas Riogram lawyers would be there to answer questions and help people protest against property tax values, if necessary.
“We will help people understand the different types of exceptions for which they are eligible, and translate them through the process of protest in the County of the web County,” Sanchez said.
The event is free, but people are encouraged to RSVP by calling 956-718-4621. Breakfast will also be provided. This seminar is a great opportunity for Laredo residents to get acquainted with the assistance of property tax, property planning and home ownership services.
