Despite the fireworks that can bring a blockbuster, the NBA project is still the main way to upgrade the teams.
The top-five have long been known for producing all-Star and all-NBA levels of moderate, and the lottery generally provides rotary pieces to teams for many occasions.

The Brooklyn networks were crowned for a lottery night champion in this simulation, making it with Duke Cooper Flag striker as the grand prize. The wizards managed to grab their elite guards in Dylan Harper at Rutgers, and Utah got his own in Casplas Jacionis. A number of other teams have also been able to add talent of the highest class.
