The shooting, which has left a border patrol agent in Vermont, may be associated with several other murders covering Pennsylvania to California.
Sonton’s border patrol agent David Maland, 44, was killed when a car residents started firing at it when they stopped them about 20 miles from the US border Canada on January 20.
The suspects are identified as the 21 -year -old Teresa Younglut from Washington and Felix Baukholt, a German citizen who was shot at the scene.

But prosecutors believe the shooting in Vermont was not an isolated crime – binding Youngblut with double murder in Pennsylvania and fatal stabbing in California.
In November 2024, Youngblut applied for the fight against Maximilian Snyder, a 22-year-old scientist, according to the chronicle in San Francisco.
On Friday, Snyder was arrested and charged with murder of Valecho, California’s landlord named Curtis Lind at 82, on January 17th. He appeared in court on Tuesday.
A criminal appeal filed in Solano County claims that Lind was stabbed and killed “in order to prevent his testimony in criminal proceedings,” KTVU reports.

Previously, Lind survived that he had been attacked with a sword during a dispute with his tenants in 2022.
The landlord shot one of his attackers, 31-year-old Emma Borhanyan. The other two suspected attackers, Suri Dao, 21, and Alexander Jeffrey Leham, 27, were arrested.
The couple was accused of attempting murder and aggravated chaos for attacking Lind with a sword. They were also accused of killing Borhanya’s death, according to KTVU.
Dao and Leatham are ready to appear in court on February 19 – and Lind had to testify against them.
In 2019, Borhanian and Leham were arrested after participating in an extraterrestrial protest in Westminster Woods, a camping retreat at Occidental, California, San Francisco Chronicle reports.
The Sonoma County Sheriff’s service said they were allegedly blocked in the wooded area to protest the artificial intelligence and non -profit organization in Berkli, which host an event there.
In 2021, Borhanian, Leham and the two who protested with them – Gwen Danielson and Jack Lasota – took MPs from the retreat and the Sonoma County.
They claimed to have been tortured and belittled for being a transgender, but the case was rejected because the group stopped showing up before the court.

Youngblut can also be linked to the suspected murderers of Richard Zaiko, 71 -year -old, and his 69 -year -old wife Rita, who were found dead in Delaware County at the Pennsylvania House in January 2023.

When Youngblut and Bauuckhol were stopped at Prius by border agents, BauuckHolt was reported to have had an expired visa.
The couple was at the police radars after a Wermont Hotel employee noticed them to check the wearing of all the black clothes. Youngblut is said to have had an exposed gun.
They told the police that they were in Vermont seeking property to buy and check on January 19, according to prosecutors.
Before the shooting, they were last seen in Walmart. BauuckHolt bought an aluminum foil and went to the car to wrap objects in it.
After the attack, the officers found two pistols, two phones wrapped in callane foil, a ballistic helmet, night vision glasses, a tactical belt, two full -face respirators, bullets, hand radio, dozen electronic devices and travel documents, according to the chronicle of the chronicle San Francisco.
They also claim to have noticed the magazine of Youngblut, which contains “Text Text Cypher” and statements relating to drug use – including the “acid coming” and “this LSD trip looks quite soft”.
