Wilmington, NC (Wect) – the Wilmington City Council has approved a resolution for the city manager to conclude a funding agreement with the Wilmington Housing Authority (WA).
According to a request from the CHEF CEO of the WA, they recently bought Jarvey’s place of Telesis and asked for $ 660,000 to cover the costs.
“The support of the project of the project will allow the WA to prioritize the stabilization of the property financially to return the shortest thirteen free units online,” says the official resolution.
The decision to approve the resolution was 7-0.
