Baton Rouge, the creator of Tiktok, known as G -H Prada, was appointed on charges of murder and other charges on Tuesday; Prosecutors say he killed Baton Ruzh Nicholas Abraham therapist and threw his body on the side of the Tangipahoa parish highway last September.
Terion Thomas, 20, was accused of first-degree murder this month, obstruction of justice, aggravated criminal damage to property and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He admitted that he was not guilty.
69 -year -old Abraham was found dead and wrapped in a tarpaulin along us 51 last September 29. Thomas became suspected after being seen driving Abraham’s car. Prosecutors claim that he was led by the pursuit before he collapsed the car and escaped.
Abraham’s DNA was also found in Thomas’s blood apartment, prosecutors said.
Investigative witnesses have seen Thomas struggle to entice a blue tarpaulin on the stairs of his apartment complex before loading it in Abraham’s car.
Initially, Thomas had two separate charges against him – one for the murder and the other for the other charges. In the end, all the censuses were combined in one document, said his lawyer Stephen Sterling.
The next date of the Thomas court is March 19.
