Miami-Dad County, flag. -MPs and cops handcuffed on Tuesday morning on the Palm Highway in Miami-Dadd County.

The Miami-Dad MPs and the Hyalle and Medley police surrounded a black vehicle shortly after 7:05, on the northern sails of the palm, near the Okobi Road.
The deputies took the suspect away from the black vehicle and in a marked patrol car, as the scene caused a delay in palm movement.
Detectives asked anyone with information about this or other cases to call crime stops in Miami-Dad County at 305-471-8477.
