GLENDALE, CA – A long-haired motorcyclist was followed by the California Highway Patrol as they sped through LA.
The driver was seen speeding on the highway in Glendale, Silver Lake, downtown and Boyle Heights. They eventually went to Orange County, where SkyFOX later lost sight of them.
While in LA, SkyFOX recorded the driver reaching speeds in excess of 100 mph. The highest speed they reached appeared to be 125 miles per hour.
They were seen weaving in and out of traffic, dodging cars on the freeway.
Law enforcement pulled back and followed the driver instead of actively pursuing them.
While on the 710 freeway near Compton, the driver handed something to another motorcyclist. It is not clear what that object was. A few minutes later, the driver tried to contact a person in another car.
The driver eventually exited the 405 freeway at Warner Ave. in Fountian Valley and appeared to be driving to Tommy’s Restaurant on Recreation Cir. and Magnolia St.
Then SkyFOX lost sight of the driver.
