Mötley Crüe singer’s private jet pilot killed in a collision at the Airport in Scottsdale – KJZZ

One of the two pilots on a private jet owned by Mötley Crüe singer Vince Neal died after the plane diverted the Arizona track and hit a business plane, according to a Federal Aviation Administration’s incident report.

The landing stand on the private aircraft seems to have failed, sending him to bump into the other jet on Monday afternoon, said Kelly Kuster, aviation planning and coordinator of information activities at Scottsdale Airport.

Two people injured in the collision were taken to traumatic centers, and one was in a stable hospital, Scottsdale Dave Folio’s fire service said on Monday.

“Our thoughts and prayers are going to everyone involved in this,” Foil said.

Queester said four people were on the arriving plane that came from Austin, Texas, and one man was in the parked plane.

Neal was not on his plane, said a law firm, who represented it. The crew member of the parked aircraft is not seriously injured and received treatment, said Jet Pros owner.

The National Transport Safety Council is investigating the clash. Authorities have not released the identity of any of the jet.

Mötley Crüe briefly posted on her X account on Monday that Neal’s girlfriend and her friend were the passengers of Neal’s Jets before deleting the post and replacing it with another post. Poison singer Brett Michaels offered thoughts and prayers to Neal’s girlfriend, Rain Hannah, whom he described as a family friend, and others who were injured in the collision.

Hannah’s Barrel Racing coach has posted on Instagram that Hannah and her girlfriend Ashley are flying in Scottsdale to meet him for the Royal Crown Barrel race in Buckeye. The Associated Press left a message about the coach on Tuesday.

Queester said that Neil’s plane comes from Austin, Texas. The track was closed in the hours after the collision, but since then it opened again.
