Mostly sunny for Sunday as our warming trend begins – WCTV

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Today begins the shift from undeniably cool temperatures to unreasonably warm temperatures. A few clouds this morning will be followed by mostly sunny skies. Afternoon high temperatures will reach the low to mid 60s.

Temperatures tonight won’t dip below freezing. Lows will range into the mid to upper 30s with partly cloudy skies overnight. Monday will bring more clouds, plus a few showers moving in from our north and west. South Georgia has a better chance of catching some of that light rain as it moves south and starts to cool off, leaving isolated showers for the big bend. Afternoon temperatures on Monday will reach the mid-60s.

Tuesday will start in the low to mid 40s and warm to the mid to upper 60s with partly cloudy skies and a low chance of rain. Wednesday will start out in the mid-40s and warm into the low 70s with partly cloudy skies and a low chance of rain. Thursday will start out near 50 degrees and warm to around 70 degrees with partly cloudy skies and a low chance of rain. More of the same can be expected on Friday with more cloud to deal with heading into Saturday.
