At the end of last week, we talked about a rush of Arctic air, which moves in our area and a winter storm. At the end of this passing week, we talked about raising the chances and temperatures of rain. On Saturday, Baton Rouge reached a high temperature of 61 degrees. The morning low temperature was 25 degrees. On Sunday, Baton Rouge reached a high temperature of 70 degrees. The morning low was 51 degrees. Several springs went through the bigger area of Baton Rouge and yesterday. More rain moved to our area last night and continued to move at night at night. This morning we start our day with light temperatures and rain. The rain will be cleared by the end of the morning or early afternoon. Once the rain has cleared, we will have a drier time for the rest of today. The high will be in the middle to the upper 60. The sky will be clear this evening, but the cloud cover will increase again overnight. The words one night will be nearly 50 degrees. Tuesday will be a more dry day and the sky will be mostly cloudy. The high will be in the mid -60s. The sky will also be mostly cloudy on Tuesday night, and at night the low levels will be in the 50s. Wednesday morning should be dry, but several showers will move in the afternoon. The rain will be cleared sometime on Wednesday night. Thursday will be another dry day, but we will have rain to close the week. Several showers are possible on Friday morning. The scattered showers and thunderstorms will move in the afternoon and by Friday night. The rain will be cleared at the latest and early (before dawn) at the latest on Saturday. The clouds will gradually clear themselves on Saturday, so we will have to have the sun again. Sunday will be another nice day with mostly sunny sky. The high will be in the low to the mid -70s on Wednesday until Sunday. At night, low levels will be in the 50th Wednesday morning. The scattered showers and thunderstorms will return on Thursday night and continue until Friday. The morning low levels will be in the 60s on Friday and Saturday. After the greater cold front moves between Friday and Saturday, it will move a slightly more cool and dried air. This will not have much effect on temperatures, especially the high pace. As mentioned earlier, the maximums will be in the 70s for the second half of this week and the weekend. The pony on Sunday morning will be a little more cool as they will be in the 40s.
