Mildred Louise (Moore) Fowler, 100, from Solomons, Doctor of Medicine, and former from Camden, De and Gorna Marlborough, Doctor of Medicine, died on February 14, 2025 at the Asbury Health Center.
Born May 17, 1924 in Meadows, MD, she is the daughter of the late Clarence Oliver Moore and Mary Magdel (Boswell) Moore.
Mildred was the operator and head of the telephone company Chesapeake and Potomac, retiring in 1972. She was a member of America’s telephone pioneers. Mildred enjoyed golf and bowling.
Mildred has been preceded by death in 1975 by her husband George Emanual Fowler; And from his brothers and sisters Clarence Wilber Moore, Laura Irma Lederer, Telma Virginia McCoule, Mary Evelyn Mattingli, Raymond Leroy Moore, Richard Ern Murn, Francis Paulin Payne, Patricia Ann Moreland and Betty Jean Moore.
