Polls for the US presidential election are now open in nine other states, including two swing states of Wisconsin and Arizona, CNN announced on Tuesday.
Other states include Iowa, Louisiana, Minnesota (municipalities with fewer than 500 registered voters can open polls as late as 11 a.m. local time), South Dakota (some polls open at 6 a.m. local time depending on the time zone), North Dakota (polls may open between 8 and 11 a.m. local time), Oklahoma and Texas (CT polls open at 8 a.m. local time and MT locations open at 9 a.m. local time).
Voting is now open in a total of 34 US states.

American singer Mary Milben has expressed her strong support for former President Donald Trump in his rivalry with Vice President Kamala Harris.
Speaking to ANI from near Palm Beach, Florida, Milben expressed his excitement over the importance of the election to US democracy.
“It’s been an exciting election season,” she said, reflecting on the competitive nature of the race.
Milben noted, “The president had tremendous support and response in this election from different communities across the country, especially in the African-American community.” She pointed out that key swing states such as Pennsylvania, Michigan and Arizona will be critical to determine of the election result, stating, “The president has certainly done too well in these swing states.”

More than 82 million Americans have already voted in early voting and mail-in voting, according to the University of Florida Elections.
USA has 50 states. States are allocated votes in the Electoral College based on their population size.
Overall, a total of 538 Electoral College votes can be won. A candidate with 270 or more electoral votes is declared the winner.

Trump spent the very early hours of Election Day in Michigan, where he ended the late evening at a rally in Grand Rapids. The Republican nominee plans to spend the day in Florida, where he is expected to vote in person — though he previously said he would vote early. He is scheduled to hold a campaign watch party in Palm Beach on Tuesday night.
Harris plans to attend an election night party at Howard University in Washington, a historically black university where she graduated in economics and political science in 1986 and was an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority.
