Melissa Gilbert responds to the comments of Magin Kelly’s “Little House” – AOL

Melissa Gilbert Sets the record straight.

After Magin Kelly talk to make a bold request for the new Prairie Restart, the actress from the original series has issued a strict answer to deliver a crystal clear message.

Taking the X (before Twitter) after restarting Netflix Greenlit, Kelly wrote: “@netflix, if you wake up Little House on the prairie, I will make it my only mission to ruin your project.”

In response, Gilbert – who played Laura Ingles in the favorite Western drama series of the 70s – joined the topics of the social media platform to turn back to Kelly’s post.

“Obviously, Magin twists (I’m not on this platform) asking Netflix not to” wake up “their little remake of the house,” writes 60-year-old Gilbert in his non-napological message.

“Hmmm … watch the original again,” the actress continued. “Television is not much more” awakened “than we do. We did: racism, addiction, native, anti -Semitism, misogynia, rape, abuse of spouses and any other topic you may think.”

“Thank you very much,” she concluded as she marked Kelly’s Instagram account and urged her, “Watch every episode on every streaming platform all over the world.”

“Noticed and what a great return,” one of Gilbert’s fans wrote in response.

“Thank you for talking, Melissa!” Another user writes to the actress while someone else said Prairie It was “a huge contributing factor for why I was awakened today.”
