After taking over the property last year, America’s health systems (HSA) reduced staff benefits, made frequent wage errors, and failed to cope safely and deliver the hospital, leading to high turnover and patient safety risks. Critical Care RNS has completed five assignments, despite March’s objection forms to document dangerous work tasks, including lack of staff to monitor patients who need it.
HSA is also trying to remove an agreed agreement with nurses and their union, which can lead to a loss of tens of thousands of dollars a year for many nurses. The sisters say the disturbed promises will only make staff at their hospital.
NNOC/NNU represents more than 500 registered nurses in a common hospital in Palm.
