The gynecologist of Renault and obstetrician Samuel Chacon is confronted with the Council of Medical Specialists in Nevada this week to determine the future of his career.

According to documents from the Medical Council, Chacon has arranged one of the cases of abuse of medical practices on February 15 for $ 500,000. In November 2023, Chacon pleaded without a competition in the Renault Municipal Court for the request of a prostitute. He was arrested in October 2022 in a sting operation from the city of Renault. He was mandated to take a prostitution course, pay a $ 200 fine and obey all laws for one year in exchange for the city, which drops the prosecution for a crime.
Chacon is also facing a federal investigation. The FBI attacked its office in September 2023, removing boxes from records and asking for information from patients.

The case of a patient is first of six official complaints. The other five will have hearing in April and May, according to Deonne Contine, a general adviser to the Medical Council.
