Mat Rule gives NEBRA football updates for injuries, list size, special team trainer – Fremont Tribune

Nebraska’s football team has several players to become healthy this spring.

Nebraska’s head coach Mat Ruleto said on Saturday that the restoration of senior offensive liners, Teddy’s reading and the restoration of Turner Corcoran, continued.

Corcoran, who began last season as a starting left projectile at the NU, suffered a knee injury, which eventually made him visit an operation specialist. ProChazka is still recovering from ACL injury suffered during the autumn camp.

The wide receiver Demitri Bel is lagging behind in the rehabilitation process.

Bell, who missed the whole season 2024, after injuring his knee in last year’s spring game, is a “trend in the right direction” to make it perfectly healthy this summer according to a roll.

Other Huskers who have had surgery out of the season and may be limited this spring as a result include offensive liners Gunnar Gunnar, Tyler Knak, Henry Lutovtsi and a wide Carter Nelson receiver.

Other quick blows

* Nebraska is still looking for his next special team coordinator and a roll has not offered a time line for it when he expects a new rent to be finalized. Rhule also said it envisages the new rent to serve in a non-recruiting role.

“We do some interviews and take the time,” Rule said.

* Husquers still have a few months before they have to reach the 105 players’ mandate list, but there are already plans.

“We have our first 57, which are built exactly from the NFL list,” Rule said. “And then you then want to start a similarity of a second 53.”

In the end Junior wide receiver Roman Mangini.

“Nobody makes the practice to go better than Roman Mangini; He is there by catching balls in the team of scouts, scattering them and simply raising the level of everything around us, “Rule said.

* Rule began his media appearance by wishing the former head of Nebraska’s volleyball coach John Cook well in his retirement.

“When you have the chance to be the best and have a chance to be around the great, it only makes you better,” Rule said to Cook. “So I was obviously sad and excited by him to hear this news that day.”
