Mark Pope gives thoughts about winning South Carolina and more – a nation of blue

Kentucky Mark Pope’s head coach met with the media after today’s 80-57 victory over South Carolina.

Pope acknowledged the importance of Lamont Butler’s return from injury.

“I thought our boys were really focused on their bigger part. We had some gaps and we can get much better. They embarked that they were a little more destructive and slightly more aggressive at the point of attack, “Pope explained. “This certainly helps to return Lamont.”
