Greenfield, Massachusetts (WGGB/WSHM) – a Vermont man will now spend 4 and a half years behind bars after participating in a Greenfield crash, who seriously hurt a family for four years in 2023.
Stephen and Stephanie Soykovski and their two children returned home from a skiing day in Berkshire East, when 33-year-old Javeri Hatt turned into the next lane on Road 2, collapsing his head in the SUV in which the family was moving.
All four family members were taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
Hattat will serve a four and a half prison server, followed by three years of probation.
