The operation took place after officers obtained and executed a warrant at the home.
The intelligence-led operation led to the seizure of a quantity of cocaine, cannabis and cash.
As a result, a 60-year-old man was arrested and charged with being involved in the supply of controlled drugs. He is due in court at a later date.
Sergeant Thomson, from Ayrshire Police Scotland’s local policing team, said: “This is a very significant recovery and sends a clear message that we will not tolerate the distribution of drugs in our communities.
“Our officers are determined to protect members of the public from this harmful crime and this underlines that commitment.
“We will continue to work with the public and partner agencies to address this issue and make our communities safer.”
“Information from the public is crucial to our work and we will continue to urge anyone with knowledge or concerns about drug activity to contact Police Scotland on 101. You can also speak to Crimestoppers Scotland anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
