The State Department of Transport in Washington (WSDOT) has announced a signal signal that will affect Seattle’s heart.
On Monday, bridge maintenance crews will close the western ramp of the Interstate 90 (I-90) in Seattle to the Interstate 5 (I-5) north for “emergency expansion joint repairs”, according to WSDOT.
The agency said there was no estimated time on when the ramp would open again, but drivers must prepare for delays throughout their evening trip.
“The crews will work as quickly and safely as possible,” said Xdot to X. “This will be a long closure, at least during the evening trip.”
Wsdot said he was planning in advance and tries to take different routes.
